Booking conditions and price:

Prices and conditions vary depending on the period:

July and August:

Per week, starting on Saturday, 875 €/week

June and September and from 15/12 to 15/01:

Minimum 5 nights, 100 €/night

From 16/01 to 31/05:

Minimum 5 nights, 84 €/night

From 1/10 to 14/12:

Minimum 2 nights, 84 €/night

Cleaning fee: 30 € (15 € for a stay of 2 nights)
Tourist tax: varies from 1,5 tot 2,75 € per person per night

A booking is only final after signing the contract and paying a 25% deposit.
In case of cancellation less than 1 month before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
Upon arrival, we ask for a security deposit of €250.

Accommodation conditions:

Check-in from 15:00 to 22:00, check-out by 10:00.
Smoking inside, bringing pets, or organizing parties/noisy gatherings are not permitted..
